Northeast Sentinel Monitoring Geospatial Database.

The database contains records of data and monitoring programs related to the listed Sentinels. The database is searchable and records are displayed on an internet based GIS map and as a list.

The database can accessed from this link. A tutorial as a guide for navigating the database. The tutorial describes functions such as performing a search, viewing the search records on the map or as a list.

Researchers and monitoring programs that desire access to the database to add/edit records, please contact Juliana Barrett at Connecticut Sea Grant to obtain a username and password. A data entry tutorial has been developed to guide users through the data entry record. The tutorial also identifies the type of information requested. In the instance of monitoring programs, the data record is essentially a summary metadata record about the monitoring program.
